street facing roompoor breakfast quality
The room faced the street on the ground floor, and i didn't get a peaceful rest because of the noise. cars and people made noise outside, and other guests were loud in the corridor. the window was blocked and i couldn't open it for fresh air and the shower water wasn't hot enough. This frustrated me. the breakfast was also a letdown, with little variety for the price i paid. plus, they almost charged me extra for my guest's breakfast, even though it was included

temperature controlslong wait
the room temperature controls annoyed me. i could not just switch on the fan. whenever i turned the thermostat on, it started heating the room. if i opened the window, the room got cold quickly. this meant i didn't sleep well for two nights. also, the staff at reception was sparse, so i waited a long time to check in and out.
